We take a deep dive look at your balance, posture, proprioception, pain symptoms and goals
PLUS you’ll be introduced to:

Kinesiology - the muscle-organ-meridian connection, and

the MELT Method technique - for stability, alignment and balance.

These are the foundations that support you as you work towards achieving your health and wellbeing fitness goals.

We review your health history, daily lifestyle habits and routines to identify any patterns or links to inform and guide the way forwards.

Then, using the models below we identify the connection between the internal and external factors that impact on your health, wellbeing and fitness.

Finally, we put together a plan to reach your goal, using modalities that work for you. These can include restorative massage treatments, Kinesiology, MELT and Pilates based movement classes or 121 sessions, and coaching.
