4U Pilates & Wellbeing was created by Zoisa Holder in 2018 to offer a whole body approach to health and fitness.
Passionate about dance and frustrated with the support to regain mobility after her own operations, Zoisa sought out and learnt new treatments and techniques to regain her bodies previous strength and flexibility.
Through her instruction, Zoisa teaches you to listen to and understand your body, and to work with it. Zoisa proactively creates sessions tailored to your wellbeing.

Good health and wellbeing is the ability to live a life with vitality and joy, where every individual can realise their own potential, cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively and fruitfully, make a contribution to their community and thrive.
4U Pilates & Wellbeing is a Small Pilates Reformer, Cardio and Wellness Studio with a treadmill, power plate and bikes. The studio specialises in 1-2-1, 2-2-1 Private sessions, small group classes and online education. There is a treatment room for bodywork sessions - massage, scar work, postural balance, reiki and more.

Energetic, enthusiastic, intuitive
I have worked within education, fitness and health since 1996, both in the UK and abroad. My journey has taken me from roles in primary and secondary schools, colleges, community and leisure centres, to councils and independent businesses, before opening my own Pilates studio in 2010. In 2014 I opened a larger studio, Pilates Body Aligned in Wells with Corali Sacerdote.
I have worked with clients and students after 3 to 93+, beginners to advanced, pre and post-operative knee, hip, abdominal, foot, leg, hand and arm rehabilitation, Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions. In Spring 2019 4U Pilates & Wellbeing Studio was opened in Somerton.

I created 4U Pilates to provide people with solutions to maintain an active independent lifestyle, to learn and manage the changes that come with the Midlife and Golden Years life phases. The programs cover all aspects of health and wellbeing.”
