Each week you'll get 4 new video classes that you can watch and replay as often as you like, when you like. 4U Pilates is exactly that, Pilates at a time that works 4U. The four videos will be a range of time and intensity, so you can choose an exercise session to suit you. If you have limited time but want to work out hard, take our 10 or 30 min high intensity class. If you have more time for an all round workout session including stretching, take the 60 minute class. There is also an important 10 min gentle suppling and stretch exercise, which you can add to the other sessions and should do this at least once a week. 4U Pilates really is just that, Pilates at a time and pace 4U
