Exercise develops muscular strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and co-ordination to facilitate moving with ease, flow and grace. Classes & Private sessions use the Pilates Reformer Tower and smaller apparatus – balls, bands, rings, hand weights and foam rollers to support and challenge movements. MELT Balls, Rollers and Bands are used to release tension, activate core & stabilising mechanisms and realign the body.
The 'Larger Pilates Equipment Work' exercises are dynamic and versatile, offering a variety of spring resistances to challenge, progress or regress exercises. General, personal, rehabilitative or elite physical performance training available.
