Wellness Wednesday - Men's Hormones

The male hormone testosterone has a daily, seasonal and yearly rhythm.

Levels in the morning are high, decline till midday, rise a little after that and then continue to decline until about midnight when they start to rise.

Testosterone is beneficial for skin, bones, blood, muscles and sex organs.

Good sleep hygiene, exercise and zinc all boost testosterone.
