Finding focus YOUR way

When you have a lot going on with life and work your head can seem so full of “things” - “things” to remember, "things" to do, appointments to book or keep - it can literally feel as if our heads are overflowing with every "thing" we need to keep on top of.


At this point, you’re normally told to "write to do lists", "get it all down out of your head," to create space.....


BUT

What if writing lists doesn’t work for you?
What if you don’t see the world in boxes, lines, lists and "order"?


What do you do?


As a very visual person I can totally understand where you are coming from.


I have a lot going on most of the time, from running my business and teaching courses - which means providing feedback on homework as well preparing for each session - to learning myself – with essays to deliver for my post grad in integrated medicine and “homework” for my trauma course.
