Super Hydrating Melon Smoothie Recipe

This super smoothie contains Cantaloupe, with 90% water content it is great for hydrating.

Simple to make, this breakfast smoothie is packed with vitamins, a good source of antioxidants and iron.

For an alternative you can swap out one of the high water content fruit for water

melon or strawberries. You can even add 25g of rolled oats to thicken it up more.
