This recipe is designed to strengthen bones, lower cholesterol, boost brain function and support thyroid function. Flaky mackerel tops tiny tomatoes, red peppers, sprouted seeds, seed sprinkle, avocado, watercress, spinach and rocket.


All dressed with lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, sea-salt and freshly ground black pepper. Delicious!
