Pomegranate & Coconut Bites Recipe


This is a great snack to have to boost energy levels, with pomegranate to support blood flow and bring oxygen to the muscles.


The walnuts can help with reducing blood pressure, coconut for heart health and dark chocolate to aid brain function.


These bite size snacks also make for a nutritious, sweet treat, and can be kept in a sealed container for up to 3 days, or refrigerated for up to a week.
