According to UK Active, only 24% of women aged 19-65 and only 34% of men aged 19-65 practise strength exercises at least two times per week.


Whilst repetition of moves can build strength the quality of the movement pattern is more important.


Focus on the quality and precision of your exercises, watching out for any compensations in the body.
