Wellness Wednesday - What is good health?

According to WHO is good health can be defined as:

"a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."

But what does 'Good health' mean to you? Is there such a thing as good health?


Consider a plant that grows from seed. Consider all the stages, cycles and challenges it goes through. Think about its ability to adapt, transform, repair, grow and to wait for the right environment so it can progress to the next stage of its development.



Nature does not rush these transitions and yet do we have the same expectation of ourselves?


What is it that you require for your health? Time, space, movement, hydration, nourishment?
