In the Chinese and Indian cultures, people have massages regularly - Shiatsu, Tui Na, Ayurvedic massage, rather than wait for the aches and pains and other symptoms to arise


Massage helps to create movement, flow, adaptability, restoration, activation and balance.


In massage sessions hot stones, essential oils, kinesiology, movement and exercises can be included. Sessions are tailored for each person and can help to reduce excess physical, mental or emotions tensions, as well as for preparation and recovery before or after sporting events.
